Trailer build part III: Exterior

We put a waterproofing membrane on top of the roof, then fixed metal siding panels to the exterior.

After the siding was up, we painted the windows and door black.

Then we added the wood pieces to frame the door and windows.

And lastly, mounting four solar panels on the roof (measuring ~4x7ft each).

Then came our nemesis, the front of the trailer. We wanted it to be as aerodynamic and aesthetic... both of which didn't quite turn out like we planned.

William painted the panels black and we put flashing over the seams. Ignore the Hazel photobomb.

Some people have described it as a battering ram, which I quite like. She's ugly, but she's our ugly. Stay tuned for part IV.
